We got in touch with Joy to help us with some problems we were having with our new puppy. She taught us some new games which really worked and could be applied to a number of situations. She was always very thorough with her answers and provided options to work with meaning we could trouble shoot ourselves. I am very glad we got in touch and feel I learnt a lot from Joy!
